Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll immediately gain access to the new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your transcriptions remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you can still view and download your existing transcriptions, but you won't be able to create new ones unless you resubscribe.
